It's the worst hair salon I have ever been. I don't think they even deserve 1 star. Staff are very rude. I don't think they have any scalp treatment experience as well. There are many Tresemme products ads on the shop. When I wanted to try Tresemme scalp treatment, she mentioned that that's not very good and insisted me to consider Shiseido which is much more expensive. I said ok. But after treatment, my scalp was very itchy and I had so much dandruff. I complained about it. They said let's try different product. I'm not their test subject. When they analyse my scalp, they should know which product to use. They are very money oriented. They don't care about their customer. After I complained, in my next treatments they didn't serve anything to me while they were serving other customers. I don't recommend anyone to go their salon. I also recommend Tresemme to reconsider to sponsor their salon.

Was served by Kelvin at Jurong Point M Nature. He was not professional at all and gives extremely bad attitude. Usually hairdresser tries their best to give their best effort in helping customer achieve the hairstyle that customer wants. However this wasn't the case for Kelvin, he cuts my hair half-heartedly and just wished for me to be gone. This wasn't my first time going to M Nature but this is the worst haircut I have received in my entire life. Very bad experience. So disappointed.

Terrible experience. Hairstylist has bad attitude and put zero effort into cutting hair (and did not even ask what you wanted). Receptionist was sitting there and treated you like you were invisible. One thing they are enthusiastic about is aggressively promoting their expensive hair packages. No thanks for such lousy quality haircut and service.

Very unprofessional, especially the shampoo ladies, Ling and Gwenda. Disappointed with how my hairstylist Alex, who didn't handle the situation well. There's no apology at all for their appalling behavior!!!! The moment they know I'm not renewing my treatment package their true colors was revealed. I doubt they are using the products customers signed for. No improvement to my hair. Rude and irresponsible!!! I'm glad I see through them and didn't continue to renew. I would prefer NOT to give even a star!!

It is recommended not to visit this barber shop if you live in Boon Lay! The front desk is rude and has a problem! The barber cut his hair indiscriminately, cut the wrong hair and made a bunch of excuses! The charge is expensive! Cut it again! The more funny thing is that if you pay a cheap price, you need to wait a day, if you pay a high price, you don’t need to wait! Can you tell me what logic this is? ! Do business! I can understand the price! What I can’t understand. I paid the most expensive price but used cheap price services to perfuse me! All I can say is that you should go bankrupt as soon as possible. Don't cheat money/damage other people's hair!

Very bad attitude at the front desk! The barber cuts the hair indiscriminately! Big price problem! Give expensive prices but let customers enjoy cheap service! Friends who live in Boon Lay must not go to this barber shop! Please think twice about your hair! Please be responsible for your hair!

Regret not checking Google reviews before buying the fave voucher for this place. Super dodgy tactics. I am used to pressure sales tactics from salons sometimes but this one is another level. At the start, the lady doing my hair colouring TOLD me there's a hair protector she needed to apply before the dye. She was on the verge of applying it already before I hurriedly stopped her and asked if there's an additional charge for it. Only then did she say there was. So I said no I didn't want the protector. Towards the end of the dye, she mentioned my scalp was super red so she would put some ampoule on it. Again, no mention of additional charge and she only TOLD me she was going to apply the ampoule rather than ASK me if I wanted to. My voucher had included a hair spa so I didn't think too much about the ampoule costing extra. As I was about to leave, she asked me to make payment for the ampoule. I questioned why she didn't make it clear what the charges were and if I was ok with it before proceeding. She insisted she had told me the price at the start (but that was only when I asked, and only for the protector that I had said no to) and shrugged it off. In addition, the dye stung really badly, I've dyed my hair many times and never was it so bad. When asked, they said it's a problem with my scalp, not the dyes or their application. Terrible attitude and it was a bad experience in all. Will never return.

Been their regular customer for almost 3 years and each time I will sign up almost $2K with of hair treatment. I have my regular stylist as well but just last year I was told that the shop will be take over by another boss, they allow me to stay n use my leftover package which I was reluctant n my stylist will not want to continues in the salon. I tried to β€˜bargain’ with them to refund me but not successful.word of caution to all, do not sign yup big package of hair treatment before u ended up in the same state as me.Really feel being β€˜conned’!!
