Come by here once a week and have tried their masala thosai, ghee thosai and Bombay Thali. It was my first time eating a thali i was overwhelmed with all the variety of sauces that came with it but i was so pleasantly surprised at how different they taste. their food is amazing!! i often google the names to see how the products look. but every time my experiences with their food is amazing!!

Typical overpriced low quality local tamil food Dosa is horrible because I guess they use very old batter. Meals is a scam. The veggie they provide is mostly low grade like discarded potatoes or beetroot which has an infinite shelf life. This is the case with most of the Tamil food in singaoore. Somehow the Tamil restaurants use only low cost veggies like cheap cabbage, carrot or potato which are purchased in bulk. You won't get to see anything green. More over be ready to see the grumpy faced owner if you ask for some extra gravy.

Good place for South Indian cuisine if you're in the vicinity of One North. Like with most South Indian restaurants, go here for the food they're specialists in - meals and dosas. I've rarely walked out of this place not enjoying the meals. Parotta is decent too but the gravy with it is below par. Standard rule of not expecting North Indian food to taste great at any South Indian place applies here too.

Good for South Indian meals. The menu for meals is always the same. So you could easily get bored. They have wide range of tiffin items at a reasonable price to choose from though.

Tried the paneer masala thosai ($8) I like how they serve it on a banana leaf. However the masala sauce seemed similar to the red dipping sauce beside the green mint chutney. The sauce also caused the underside of the thosai to be soggy. the masala has no potatoes, and the paneer seemed more like cheddar/mozeralla then the usual cottage cheese.
