β β β β β Got the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Tea Jelly. Like it quite a lot. Fragrant tea (30% sugar) with strong oolong taste. The tea jelly is rather sweet but tolerable if drank with a less sweet drink. Texture of jelly was good and it made a good addition to the drink. The only drawback is that the sweetness of the jelly might overwhelm the taste of the tea. Would visit again to try their No 23 Oolong Tea (No. 23 oolong is R&Bβs specialty tea blend which uses Minnan Oolong and Qing Xin Oolong grown on Taiwanβs Dong Ding Mountain).
Edit: After a year and countless cups of R&B, can confirm that Roasted Oolong is the best. Peach oolong is too light to the point of being tasteless even tho I usually like that while the No. 23 Oolong is passable... but simply a far cry from the Roasted Oolong for those who like your oolong heavy :)

β β β β β Hi - the worst customer experience who doesnt want to own the 1 for 1 promotion by the banner they. Worst still, I stood for about 15 mins and heard the retail staff saying βshe die die also wantβ.
What is this attitude, really beg to differ. I just never pursue the curse from you further.
Honestly I know you are just working only, so I was just seeking for refund if cannot have the 1 for 1. That is simple but still wasted our 15 mins.

β β β β β Was quite surprised to see a queue here this evening as it seemed pretty quiet on most days.
The queue was cleared pretty fast though, which was quite unexpected given that thereβs only 2 other associates working in the outlet, other than the cashier. Think we were almost tenth in line and got our drink in less than 10 minutes upon queuing, which is considerably fast as compared to many other competitors.
As for the drink, there were many fancy choices with even fancier names (one of which is named δ»δΉι½ζ²‘ζοΌwhich translates to βnothing at allβ, when itβs just milk tea ?) Tried the macchiato roasted Oolong tea and itβs pretty great, even for someone like me who doesnβt like cream. It has some Oreo toppings which seemed odd though. That said, the tea is fragrant and is dispensed from like a beer tap, which is cool!
Will probably return to try their other selections in due time ??

Mango yogi tasted terrible
Milk tea with brown sugar pearls, allowed us to select sugar level when ordering, but it was not respected when making the drink. The pearls were quite bad also, and the drink was way too sweet.

β β β β β Extremely poor experience! Would give ZERO stars if i could. Bought their new launched cha cha hojicha Gelato. After paying, barista comes to say sorry no green tea powder topping. I said ok, replace it with something else? She said no. I was like what? Should you not offer a replacement if you run out of an ingredient?! They had to call their branch manager to check. After agreeing, had to wait another 10 min for them to make it. The end product looks nothing at all like their picture advertised! Gosh. Ugly brown cup of goo. What a waste of time and effort. Most unfortunate.

β β β β β Customer service there was bad.. Cashier there was like didn't want to work or serve the customer properly. No smile no nothing, just like what you want then get it done and over with.
Asked for NO.23 oolong but got a peach oolong instead..
