★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good customer service from all staff. The environment is brighter after renovation but it's really hot with the wider entrance. Shirley has to offer me a brochure to fan myself. Hope that the management can do something about the temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the new renovated outlet at JEM. Still preferred the old settings as the new one seems to be too modern and lightings are too bright for our eyes.
Happy to meet all the seniors that we knew them from the start, esp Ms Angela and Ms Shirley. They always served us with pride and very knowledgeable on the product.
