A	Audrey Chiam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! I went in this outlet between 850pm-9pm. I told the staff that my specs is broken and I need to do one by urgently. While sourcing for the frame that suits me, the staff kept every single one that I've tried immediately. Arnd 905pm, another customer came in, the other staff immediately shut the glass door. Few mins later I've picked 2 frame that I preferred and was making last decision, however, the other staff made sound and obviously showing us that they are closing. The staff serving me said: if you can't decide between two, maybe you can try source at other places. I felt being chased but still wanna give them a chance, so I asked: why? Are you guys closing? She honestly tell me yea, we are closing. Without hesitation and saying thanks, I turn back and tell my partner let's go, we're being chased off. We stepped out of the shop arnd 910pm-915pm. Please amend your operating hour if your shop is not providing service to 930pm. Thank you.

She explained everything transparently, about my astig condition, and what's needed, and the little special touches like the discounts, and giving 1 additional pair to just try out the contact lens for today make it an overall notable visit. Kudos!

Never ever go for this shop also the company, the company no response to the email. I think they don't even care about their customer. If can I wish to give no star. Not suggested.
Z	ZARA KHAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. I went down to this optical shop Thursday, 16th Dec in the afternoon. This lady did not serve me. We were practically waiting for so long and she ignored us. A customer was browsing the catalog and she was just standing there totally not interested to serve us. I was carrying my baby and she was just not bothered to even tell us to wait or that she will be right with us when she’s done. How do you hire such people at your organisation? Horrible! We left after and went out to the first floor to get our products.

Say cannot adjust cause its the metal frame may break even after I say its OK break on me die die don't want adjust for me. Been to many spec shops in my life first time got rejected for adjusting specs frame and giving nonsense excuse. Next ask to change the eye rubber piece. Excuses again say they don't have my exact piece. I say u sure? This is the standard eye piece what u talking about. Then they reluctantly say you want change its 5 dollar. What a ridiculous place taking in the fact I just bought 4 boxes of contacts from them. Please avoid and don't give them any sales.

The optometrist Wei Cong/Wei cang (??) did a thorough check on my eyes & identified some scarring on my left eye (nothing serious thankfully). Appreciated the professionalism, been to a couple of optical shops & they always appear uninterested so thankfully had a good experience. Will visit again to make a new pair of glasses.
