Amazing Team! Right from the ladies at the reception to my fave vets (Dr. Nicholas Chng and Dr. Gail) to the nurses and lab technicians... Very efficient, very loving team. Highly recommend parents to bring their pets to them.

My cat had a scratch on its eyelids and they squeezed me in last minute due to the concerning nature of the injury. Came in and got patched up within minutes, a quick follow up the next day and my cat was up and running as usual. Friendly staff, excellent vets and nurses and minimal waiting time!

I have been a client since 2015 and have nothing but positive feedback for the team. I have two 14yo dogs and we have always been very well taken care of. Kudos to Dr Ng who is wonderfully professional, practical and kind. The nurses and technicians are very busy tho efficient. Anna at the frontdesk always makes us feel welcome. Given that this is a v busy clinic, I really appreciate the efforts. Visiting a vet is never fun tho it helps when you know the team is sincere and always trying to help. Thank you!

I recently adopted a cat who had her age incorrectly classified, she was also discovered to be an elderly cat with many underlying conditions. The Staff and Dr Ng were very friendly, professional and understanding towards our situation. They gave great guidance in teaching me a stressed out first time cat owner giving her medications/injections that she needed for her conditions by myself. The team went the extra mile to ensure that she was well cared for and gave great suggestions to address the challenges I encountered. Definitely a practice that goes end to end in veterinary care, that I can go to for ease of mind.

I had to check in a Foster cat due to a bleeding ulcer in her mouth. Diagnosis was quick but updates were not. I had to call in a lot for updates only to be told that the vet or A vet would get back to me. I would only get a call maybe 2 days later. I understand that the vets are possibly very busy but there must be a way to attend to clients while still being able to update clients who have their pets in their care. Everything else was fine.

Vets here are nice and caring, can’t say the same for front desk. Am heavily pregnant, along w my husband we brought our dog for spaying at 10am where there are no others in the clinic waiting area. Understandably the reminder was given that only one person is allowed to accompany our agitated 14kg dog within clinic compounds due to covid, so that would mean my husband has to stay behind to carry our dog into the vet’s room and I would have to leave. Asked for an exception because I was heavily pregnant and would prefer to stay in the waiting area where there was no one else, then came the rigid and unyielding reply of “just 1 person”. My feedback to the clinic management: caring for pets and humans are not mutually exclusive.

This clinic was recommended to me by my cat friend. Today this Clinic saved my kitten from dying today. .. Dr Girisha was very knowledgeable and she was very patient with me and really helpful. Don't know how much to thank her??. Receptionist lady very kind lady she very helpful lady and she was very patient with me. All the staff knowledgeable there, very kind to animal. The lab staff very friendly to animals and I saw they really care what they do.The Filipino nurse man was very helpful, he taught me.i been to many vet but this vet I want to RATE 6 STAR if I could. They were really busy many people waiting and myself walk in last minute, they attended my kitten immediately and they never make any face even though work non stop busy. I see how they smile and in busy time. My first time seeing vet clinic staff and doctor so helpful. I will not change my vet anymore.. Amazing staff.. I will sleep peacefully today. This vet will be my 1st choice.

We have a new member after our beloved dog passed on 2 years ago. Without any other considerations, we brought in the new puppy for checkup. Couple of months later, we send the dog to be spayed. Dr G is a wonderful vet as she is a gentle, caring and understanding while Anna is always friendly and approachable. An animal will never lie. Their behavior speaks for themselves! My dog is always happy to go to the clinic. Wagging her tail to Dr G and Anna as if there is no tomorrow. We are grateful to the team (vets & staff) and happy to see fantastic and caring people at the clinic!
