Very poor and unprofessional. My wife bought the bike for my birthday. Apparently, I am not able to use the bike as the frame hinge had broken due to poor quality of product and workmanship. I seek advice from some professionals and they claimed that the person who assembled the bike apparently overtighten the hinge hence it broke. Now, the shop not able to do 1 to 1 exchange and repair it immediately. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! To the shop owner who reads this post, please refund our money back.

Very honest people with superb service! Brought 2 bikes for full servicing (road + foldie), and I couldn't be happier with the result. Also came back for some minor adjustments, the mechanic and the owner were both very accommodating. Keep up the great work, guys! :-)

nice bike shop with complete range of products, bike accessories, shoes, etc. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about cycling. Bought wrong type of tyres and thankfully I am able to refund them.

A week ago came to have my bottom bracket serviced and cleaned. The owner Zhen Rong called me a few days later to apologise that they didnt install a small little part of the bottom bracket and had even volunteered to come over to my house to install back. I dearly appreciated this - why? They could hv kept silent about it and throw that part away. 1 2 Cycle is very honest and I felt very assured to hv my bike service there. Pic: Brought my bike back to 1 2 Cycle, hassle-free.

What a great customer care. Changed chain and small sprocket straight away as had slippage issue after service due to worn components. Really friendly and attentive team! Best service I have had in Singapore! So good to find such a reliable bike shop. Highly recommended ?

Update: Owner proceeded to give a refund which I kindly accepted. Purchased an item online from them and was received promptly. Thank you. Still disappointed with the mechanics' attitude and service but past is past. Hopefully things will improve in the future. Very poor & unprofessional. My inner tube was punctured around Tanjong Katong area around 08:30am on 3 Oct 2020 and I am aware that there is a bicycle shop near there which is 12cycle and it opens at 10am. So I killed time by having breakfast nearby. I arrived at the shop at around 09:50am. First thing first, two staffs, 2 big-sized Malay mechanics, came in late at 10:02am but no big deal. I was the first customer there and they didn’t attend to me at all. I went inside and went to one of them and asked for a 700cc 25mm inner tube. They told me it will be $12 for Maxxis Bicycle Inner Tube (overpriced compared to other LBS) but they are not able to help me change my inner tube because it’s the weekend and not the weekdays and they’re busy with bike repairs and servicing. I totally understand right now there is a high surge of bike repairs due to covid, and bikes are booming, but they can’t even spare a time to change an inner tube. But it’s fine, I could always change myself. I asked if I could bring my bike inside the shop to do a quick change of inner tube and pump but they didn’t allow me and asked me to do it outside. However, another customer came with a Ridley bike and brought his bike into the store to pump his tyres, and one of the mechanic even help him to pump. Why was he allowed inside while I can’t? How do I differ from other customers? Only regular customers get treated well? Moving on, I had some trouble taking out my through axle (rear wheel which was punctured) so I asked one of them for help, and they gladly did it for me, and went on to change my inner tube as well. However, they did it very unprofessionally. They didn’t even bother to check my tyres carefully and check for any foreign sharp objects on the inner surface of the tyres. They’re just doing it for the sake of doing it. My tyre was ready and needed to be inserted back into the frame, but one of the mechanic did it halfheartedly, very unprofessional yet again, threw my though axle to the ground like it was nothing. I was in dismay. I recently just got my 2020 Merida Reacto 4000 three weeks ago and this is how you treat a customer’s bike. I understand it’s not your own bike, and you could care less, but I do take care & maintain my bike very well. I bought it using my own money, so please uphold that standard to your customer’s bikes. Oh yes, mind you, there was a caucasian with her kid who bought a handlebar grip and some other items and they attended to her and even installed them on her old Specialized MTB. What’s with the unfair treatment? Why didn’t two of these mechanics say there were busy on weekends and yet did installation for this caucasian? Why was the other rider allowed to bring in his bike inside the shop while I can’t? Your mechanic even helped him pump his tyres. Oh when I left, one of the mechanics was just sitting down doing nothing. So much of telling me that they are busy. So yeah, I was right. Halfway riding through the flyover towards the ECP, my inner tube got punctured again. I wanted to head back but due to the poor unsatisfactory service, I’d rather head down to another shop. No point. Went to book a six seater Grab & got my bike fixed at another local bike shop immediately and they even took the time to check what went wrong & made sure everything is fine. Turns out there was a sharp object/rock on the inner surface. Yes, lesson learnt. I am new, mind you. So help a fellow cyclist out. I will bring an extra set of inner tube and portable pump with tyre levers just in case this happens again. However, your mechanic even got the guts to tell me, while changing my inner tube half-heartedly, “I’m just a mechanic, I don’t this kind of thing. Go watch YouTube instead” I am appalled. Go to other local bike shops which guarantees you professional good service.

Needed parts on a Sunday and found this shop to be open. Texted them on WhatsApp and got prompt reply. Even though it was late at night (Saturday evening). Next day picked up the part. Got some good advice on the spot. Next day (public holiday) needed one more thing. Same experience; prompt replies and very good service.
