★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed about 3 weeks at the west coast residence. Rooms were ok but had to fight with 2 coakroach in the bathroom where the top ceiling was open. Also dessapointed by the laundry service which is written to be collected every day. In reality it is not, and my laundry (7 shirts and Tshirts + others) was lost. Management did not propose any compensation nor excuses for this. Also not so convenient to reach MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was awesome to stay, so much better than any hotel. The staff were fantastic, and John at the front desk was very attentive to any needs. Highly recommend families staying here. The amenities, BBQ, pool, were first class. Right on top of a great shopping centre and easy access across the road to more market stores. Self contained, it was like staying in a 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, laundry, etc. Fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice residence, close to Market just across the street, Christian is on opposite side, mall just down side of the residence. Staffs are very accommodating, polite, courteous. Nice room with good furnitures, kitchen, Internets, televisions, refrigerator, laundry machine. Toilet is good and clean. Performed regular housekeeping - overall very Satisfactory. However, the management should consider/include in their service the airport transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During starting of pandemic, I've stayed few hotels but as for me Village Residence is nice place to stay especially those with families. Very nice , clean & quiet environment. All the staff was so helpful & friendly. Recommended.
