I kept asking how much is it in case he charges me.. the auntie beside him even said cannot talk before doing safe entry. If they are just employees, you better sack them. No wonder got so many bad reviews.. so bloody rude.

She is unhappy n I told her don't expect a buyer to calculate the price. She then finally said out the price. Will never visit the shop again.

They have quite a decent collection of watches... Bought quite a few Casio watches from them already.
Service is good... Price also reasonable.

Brought my Citizen Ana Digi watch to the shop to change battery. Staff told me the watch needs 2 batteries and charged me $20 for the service.
I went home and found that the low battery indicator was on, and the light on the watch wasn't working. I went back to the shop to ask the staff to help to check if anything could be done. Staff was unhelpful, rude and insisted that my watch was spoilt.
So, I got my watch checked at another watch shop. Turned out VINCENT WATCH has used a lower voltage battery on my watch, which was why the low battery indicator was on and the light wasn't working. AND... my watch only needs one battery, not two as they have claimed! UTTERLY DISHONEST.
Please avoid the shop as all cost. There are much better shops out there.
