We've tried Jurassic & Back to Deathtrap, we really loved the experience! Very fun and exciting ? the zombies were too much!

Not worth the money, we waited twice the gameplay time for them to set it up. Their computer set up is sub par and even a simple game took minutes to reload. 32$ per person (x4) for a 20 min game after a 45 min set up time is just ridiculous. If I hadn't paid by nets I would have walked off when they took so much time to set up. Not even worth one star.

Personally had better experiences at the other VR centers in SG. We booked Medusa for 4pax (the first in this series we'd finished with no problems at a different place) and arrived on time but didn't end up starting until 30minutes later due to technical issues. The only option was to play with 3 people in one room and 1 in an adjacent room and since we'd waited so long already we just agreed. Unfortunately that meant that 1 person wasn't connected to our microphones/headsets and since this game is 100% teamwork, it made it really frustrating. We had to shout to the other room the whole game and it really added to the time we took as we couldn't hear each other or misheard so often. We also had 3 out of 4 headsets disconnect at different times (I think due to battery) and each time everyone would have to wait as it was difficult to progress without 1 person when a lot of tasks rely on each player doing a specific job in sequence. This too slowed our progress yet we ended with only 1h of game play. We didn't finish the episode due to all the hold ups and it was clear (though he tried his best) the staff member was very new. Even though there were no other customers in sight and despite all the delays, we weren't given extra time...really frustrating/disappointing experience especially as it's not cheap!

Went today with a bunch of friends. Wanted to try out a VR version of Escape Room instead of the physical one. Really disappointing. We confirmed our booking months ago, only to find upon reaching the shutters were down. Called both numbers given but only one could get through who promised a staff member will rush down. Our booking was at 2 pm, we reached at 1.37 pm, hoping to get the set up/ briefing out of the way or just to wait there. Google states the place opening hours was from 11.30 am, so we thought maybe staff was at lunch. She arrived at 2.05 pm and that was only the start of the troubles. Because they were not open before we came, I suspected that they missed a server update. So the update had to be done during our booking timing. It occured to at least 3 of the 4 sets which we had to use. As their games are either 2 OR 4 players, when one of the sets had to update, it rendered the game unplayable. Also, my personal set was just malfunctioning, making the waiting time even longer, while my friends only got to customise their avatars. Eventually after rebooting a few times, there’s still no improvement, we decided to call time on it. Mercifully, we have not paid (not that we have the intention to). A waste of nearly 2 hours.
