β β β β β The food is very expensive and lack of skills to be made.
For example, the smoked duck breast tasted like is was bought from a supermarket and slapped on their own sauce. It was also too sweet.
They added deep fried crab balls which is instant crab balls and added with battered and deep friend.
The deep fried soft shell crab was... Oily and cripsy but otherwise tasteless.
Lobster porridge is their signature. Sure the lobster was quite fresh and sweet but not the freshest. The porridge was pretty flat.
Service was good although the chef forgot our order and we waited 40 mins for the food.

β β β β β Dropped by on a weekday for the 5 course weekday set lunch menu. The restaurant is not crowded and food arrived only after a short wait. This restaurant did not skimp on serving size. Lobster porridge was served in a huge pot and after refilling my bowl 3 times, there's still a lot of porridge left. Great place to drop by if you are looking for a value for money lunch spot!

The set,

Zesty Fried Fish Slice not enough sauce
Hokkaido Scallop with Green Dragon Vegetable crunchy
Dessert of The Day
Coconut pudding on that day. Like agar agar.
Overall, quite good.

β β β β β Ordered delivery via Oddle during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert). Easy to navigate website and good came well packed and delivered on time. Food was all delicious and good value. The Lobster Porridge and Clam soup was really outstanding. Will definitely patronise again.

β β β β β Think the restaurant is quite new, the space used to be occupied by a korean bingsu place.
Bought the 1 for 1 epicurean set on Chope - total about $56. Main selling point is the lobster porridge, which is very flavorful but the lobster meat is quite hard, size is big.
Service staff are friendly and attentive, order came very quickly.

β β β β β The signature lobster porridge is very tasty. We also tried the lobster beehoon in another visit but the porridge portion is more filling, so i recommend that instead.
You can also order other dishes to go along with the lobster. I personally like to drink chinese tea (tieguanyin) with it and ask for less salt.
The restaurant is usually quiet and not crowded so no reservation is needed. But Sometimes they have chope voucher discount offers at 10-30%.
Service is good; there was an issue with the lobster during one of my visits and the waitress addressed it to my satisfaction.

β β β β β Surprising beautiful display and delicious Chinese cuisine for this newly open restaurant. And the current promotions of set lunch with DBS bank is really value for money. Only $29.90 per person before taxes.
