Couldnt even bother to put me on the wishlist. However, michelle was really warm and welcomed me in and started answering my questions from the history,movement and type of rolex as a first timer. She was patience throughout the 2hrs over 2 visit in a day! Even though i couldnt get my watch candy, i went home full of knowledge and well respected. Thanks so much michelle. Cheers!

Everyone is professional, hospitable and knowledgeable. Service with a smile always and never pushy - always allowing the buyer to take their time to decide. I would like to call out Clifford especially. He is the consummate professional and it’s always pleasant to chat with him - sometimes not even related to watch purchases. He comes through as well, and that’s a hard thing to say these days. A true brand ambassador for Emperor!

Been to other Rolex AD without any purchase history but at least was greeted nicely there and had pleasant experience. Here, once the sales assistant heard I have no purchase history, totally not interested to serve. Very unpleasant.
