★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful environment with nature. The Waterfall creates soothing picturesque of nature with its calmness. The food served is slightly salty to me as I am cutting out high salt diet in my eating. Overall it was calming and soothing as I partake the lunch served.

Free-flow tea, coffee, soft drinks are included in the price as well as 15 dollars F&B voucher which you can use it for snacks or lunch or anything on the menu. Food and drink order can be places from your device so no need to approach staff. All the staff were extremely helpful and went extra mile to ensure all the guests are served well. I would definitely come back again. (I wish the order app has an option to key in comments or to add lemon/milk/sugar for tea/coffee because I felt bad asking for lemon slices every time after they brought tea to me).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked twice to make sure that there's space for 2 to use on 21 May, so bought 2 WFH vouchers. Upon arrival there's a wedding. Well, 1st miscommunication..I'm cool. But the staff are really not accomodative...not a single space we can use or solution was offered. I have a course to attend, and with all the to and forth asking for asst, I'm late for my online class. I decided to sit at the couch at the lobby. Yet still they feel I shld not be here. I..wish someone here would have been more understanding and helpful. It's impossible in such a hotel, there is no 1 space that can be offered for me to utilise. It's ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable lounge, nice view, great service, good foods. Super value with Dinning City's promotion. Pork loin was a little dry. Dessert is overwhelming, feel like a main course.
