C	Cheryl Chia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ like what the user below me said, the staff there are very pushy. cant even walk 1 metre without someone asking if i need help. yes i do appreciate the concern but if i needed help i would approach someone? literally every staff was asking me if i needed help AND IT WAS JUST SO ANNOYING. one staff asked if i needed a basket and i said no because i just had 3 items but she FORCED me to take it. even the security guard asked if i needed help BRUH i took my usual bottle of melatonin and walked away, suddenly this staff from another supplement brand went to find me just to promote their melatonin. i alr walked away why u still come find me LMFAO this makes me never wanna go back here. LET ME SHOP IN PEACE FOR FKS SAKE. stop asking me every few seconds if i need help its just so so so annoying

She (A tall girl , wearing white uniform) pointed to a product near her, then I asked what else do you have , she said the most cheapest one is over there ! Then she pointed to another side . What dose that mean ? I didn’t ask her about price or anything . Never had this kind of customer service before .

As everyone knows their items are all overly priced, and other than online purchases, my bf and I went there to walk a little and paid for “convenience” at Watson’s Bugis. HOWEVER, the item my bf purchased from their store was amazingly EXPIRED for a whopping 2 MONTHS. Yet customers who purchase anything expired and wish to exchange/refund must go down to the original shop to deal with it. I made this comment here because this isn’t new at all. I had the same experience and had wasted precious time and money to just get to that particular shop again. I wondered, If you have so many people working for you in your Bugis Junction outlet, why would there be 2 MONTHS expired products hanging on your shelves?? You made consumers annoyed and regret to even purchase something from you. Simply yuck.
