Small store, sometimes cannot find the thing you are looking, but occasionally sells cheaper than guardian because no business.

Okay it's so convenient and right next to another similar store and a grocery store and everything else in the Holland Village area so why not pop in? When you join their rewards program the prices are much better on a lot of things, and then you build up points to use like cash on your purchases in future. This location has a lot of travel size toiletry items such as shampoo and lotion, etc. They have a good selection of men's and women's hair care and hair styling products, along with the usual vitamins, handsoaps, beauty supplies and first aid items. One tip: Take off your backpack or you might knock over a display or smack another person who is shopping! This store is packed full of things and there is not a lot of aisle space. For that reason four stars not five. It's not easy to browse under such conditions, but it is still fun to see what all they have.

Either the staffs were being weird or Watson's voucher policy is. I genuinely don't understand why I was denied the right to bring home and dispose of my in-store voucher that was given due to my click and collect purchase. Staff were adamant that I cannot bring it out if I choose to not use it at that very moment. Shouldn't it be the consumers' right to do whatever that was credited to them as long as it doesn't have a conflict of interest with the vouchers' t&c of same day usage? If I choose to dispose it the moment I leave the store, why can't I? If I choose to not have my voucher possibly used to offset someone else's purchase, why not? On another note, it's not like the Holland V. store has a massive selection of things for customers to choose from. So I'm not allowed to use my in-store voucher for another store that actually has the things that I will purchase on the same day? Nevertheless, I've never known any other company that forces to keep a customer's physical in-store voucher if they choose not to use it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to create a mountain out of a molehill, but just questioning my consumer rights which seems to be absent at Watsons.

Very bad place, it said that it will close at 11:00, but when I arrived at 10:58, it is already closed. We went all the way to this store because my girlfriend was very sick and need some medicine urgently. But the employees just ignored us and do not opened the door. They were looking at people dying in front of them with 0 help! Do not recommend this place at all.

I was trying to find HV phone number but couldn't find. Want to check whether they have stocks for test kits. However, I saw a funny review saying that someone opened them and took 3 sets. I just bought the test kits (a pack of 5) yesterday and solution tube & Nozzle cap were sealed together inside. How will someone just take 3 only? Anyway, here is my review. Staff - Super Friendly staff - Only saw two of them Location - Just Above MRT station Variety - Small but have a lot of items BUTT aircon is not working.....

Needed some medication and the lady behind the desk was most knowledge and helpful. Wide selection of (over the counter) medication available here.

Dishonest store manager and staffs Bought a thermometer and the staff informed that the item can be exchange or refund within 7 days as long as keep the receipt. End up the thermometer wasn’t function well and went back to exchange or refund. The store manager told us that it only limited to Watson’s product (where the receipt never say so). We argued that when we purchased the staff genuinely told us can be exchanged or refund in 7 days. The store manager said that she is the store manager, the product is non refundable or exchange. Ask us go to the service centres. Disappointed with the service and misalignment of the staffs.

2x DISHONEST STAFF EXPERIENCES 1) Regarding their scratch & match promo, the cashier didn’t want to give those scratch & match cards after our purchase. When we noticed that he put them under the table with our attached receipt, we asked why he did that and he then just handed to us immediately. Same thing happened with the sales lady the next day, where she said the promo ended but you could tell that she put the cards on the side together with our receipts. 2) And the worse part, when we bought the COVID-19 test kit, a few days later, we noticed that the pack was opened already and instead of 5 test kits, there were only two left. Clearly, someone opened them and took 3 sets and left it out so no one would notice. THIS IS BAD. I think there is something fundamentally wrong with how this store is run. I don’t want to generalize because I am sure there are honest people in this shop but the current incidents left us with a bad impression. I hope the store manager reads this and discuss it with the staff.
