★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude and inept staff. Had different answers from different staff about simple procedures, the process was inclusive and I was treated like a nuisance instead of a customer. I wish to erase this experience completely if I could. I recommend UOB, but stay away from this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is excellent, staff are all very professional and service oriented. I came into the bank around 4:30pm today (17 Feb 2021) for some banking transactions for my company. Didn't have to queue and was served immediately. Everything done in 5 minutes. Perfect ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was asked to the branch for update ID card info, but then the staff marketing some insurance wealth management products which I don't have any interest in. But the issue is that I asked him to help set up a few GIRO agreements, until now, a few months past, there is no update and no approved GIRO appears on the online portal. concern the malfeasance of that staff and worry about my personal info security... please kindly follow up. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to submit a late FATCA form on a friend’s behalf on 13 June and received outstanding service from the female staff at the counter. She was able to give me clear instructions and promised to mail a correct set of forms to my friend in the US. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to close ONE and a HALF hours before your stated time, then you should ensure it's communicated everywhere online, so people don't rush over only to find that's its closed unofficially! As one of the more "reputed" banks in Singapore, this is horrendous comms and service practice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally dread going into the bank but I found my experience at UOB HV to be really swift and easy. The staff were really helpful and took the time to make sure I understood everything and that everything was properly set up for me before I left. Would recommend.
