Bought a packet of 3M NEXCARE ACNE PATCH MEN. But, OPENED TO AN EMPTY PACKET! MONEY GONE! I am livid and will never shop there again!

The female service personnel, Ms Wang Jialei at the Orchard Gateway branch was rude and not professional. There were no other customers at store after she attended to 2 young girls. When asked her where to get some disposable items, she replied 'on the 2nd last row' rudely with frustrated hand gestures pointing left from the cashier area. Tried looking for the items based on her brief instruction but in vain. So I walked back to her and asked her again nicely, she gave me a frustrated look on the face and repeated the same instruction 'on the 2nd last row' with the same hand gestures and this time with a 'tsk' at the end. After payment, herself and another Indian service personnel stood at the cashier area and chit chatted. IF a customer does not understand the vague bad directional instruction for the first time, I trust it would be a professional act of service for the service personnel to GUIDE the customer to the actual area to pick up the requested items. I'm taken aback and disappointed by the customer service quality of such untrained staff at Watsons, a common well-known store.
