★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went over to purchase the Oral B 9000 rechargeable toothbrush. It's on 50% discount. Unfortunately the male store manager seem to be unsure of the products and promos. He seemed uninterested and not communicative. At times even curt. I left the store. Too bad for Watson's. I like the store very much.

Staff is co-operative in case of any assistance. Frequent buyers can get discounts with membership also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listerine PWP every $18 single receipt will charge for $8 each, limited 2 PWP item per receipt (according the store explanation). Had visited the store of Tiong Bahru plaza outlets, had requested to the temp staff cashier to took 2 of Listerine as PWP. Then she ask for the permanent staff to assist, but the experience staff didn't ask which item should be PWP and just simply took 2 low price item as PWP deduction. Then what is the point to purchase the Listerine in the end still charge for usual price? Watsons is a big company shouldn't simply take business for fun, please ensure that provide standard training. Thanks
