β β β β β Just went to try this branch at West Mall for dinner. Frankly, it's a far cry from the one at race course road. Salted chicken is tough and some parts not well cooked. Too dry. Noodle's flavour heavy on the vinegar. Signature abalone is ok except only see half small chunk of scallop. Won't go back this branch.

β β β β β Delicious melt-off-bone chicken with a faint herbal aroma. The chilli that comes with the rice also damn ho jiak. Quality's been pretty consistent over the years too. Always happy to drop by when I'm in the area.

β β β β β We were at the outlet at Westmall on 3 July 2022 at about 11.30am. While ordering lunch, my husband was unable to hear clearly what the man at the counter was saying when he asked him what type of noodles he had wanted. In response, he shouted rudely and said, βIβm asking you, what type of noodles do you want?β This is atrocious. Somebody has anger management issues. I think the ops team needs to speak to this guy.
