★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pair of contact lenses which was subsequently returned and refunded due to wrong fitting by the shop. My right cornea was cut as a result of the incorrect prescription. I had to spend additional cost to get my eyes checked out by a doctor as a result. The most disappointing part was that the shop put me through 2 incorrect fittings and repeatedly claimed what was prescribed is correct. They even claimed that the size I initially ordered cannot be done by any shops in the world. I subsequently verified this shop's prescription with other established optical shops in Singapore and USA. All do not propose this shop's prescription for my eyes. I have since found shops in Singapore, USA and Europe that produce lens that are suitable for my eyes. Engage this shop's services with caution.
