โ โ โ โ โ How I end up with new specs that blur my world and make me dizzy ?
1. Nobody was waiting other than me. The staffs are still rushing. For what?
2. Bad attitude. They were extremely rude. They shouted at me several times as if im from Mars.
3. They kept interrupting me when I was talking. You get much better service in a hawker Center.
4. They gave me the specs with wrong DEGREE and unwilling to change it for me.
Horrible! The worst spectacle place Iโve ever been to. The worst store Iโve ever been to, actually.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady serving me lacked knowledge and tried to sell me a computer lens for my spectacle. I was promised that my lens would not look yellow but that was not the case when I received it.
I had to make another trip down and finally they agreed to change to a normal lens. When my spectacle was ready, the lady serving me did not seem to know how to adjust it to fit my face. It was so loose that when I shake, it would fall off but she said that it was normal. I had to guide her step by step, felt as if I am working there. If you want to experience working at Spectacle Hut, this is the place to visit!

โ โ โ โ โ I'm a frequent buyer of contact lenses here. (More than 9 times) I was held waiting for more than an hour to buy my usual set. Yes,the staff was serving someone else but,while the other customer was looking for frames to choose,you could have served me within 5 minutes and I would have paid and left. I was very disappointed with the wait,so I left to come back another day to buy them. Please remember your regular patrons who shop at your store.

โ โ โ โ โ Called several spectacle hut to locate stock of a discontinued contact lens. Kerry at West Mall had the customer service standard and kindness to agree to transferring the remaining stock to the usual branch that we visit.
I think it is a shame that our regular branch refused to call the other shops on our behalf. I did not mind calling initially, but realised shortly that the other branches do not allow pick up without an eye examination as we have no purchase history with them. Shame on spectacle hut Clementi.
