Have been going here for over 5 years and can highly recommend. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. I get my haircut and beard groomed about every 5/6 weeks by Davin who does an amazing job. He’s very professional and always remembers how I like to have things done!

I initially went there for haircut + beard design with high expectations given the great reviews I had read almost everywhere. I unfortunately was very disappointed and would not really recommend getting a haircut there. Other more affordable places offer a better experience and more relaxing environment. Few points were not quite right for the standards expected at this price range. 1. The sink was not washed properly and I had to ask myself the barber to do so before getting my hair washed. 2. The clipper was still full of hair from previous customer. 3. The barber did not do anything special about my hair... the cut on the top is not even... 4. Express service just less than 30 min for haircut, hair wash and hairdrying and this for 60$ ... without any recommendations from the barber. I was so disappointed that I have decided to cancel the beard design part and preferred to leave with just the haircut. That being said, positive point is the quality of the reception with welcoming and warming individuals, and friendly staff for sure.

Extremely satisfied. Can't recommend Sherman enough! I am impressed with his experience and skill. Depending on the hairstyle which I would generally like, Sherman would make detailed recommendations which would suit me, based on my hair type and face shape. I can honestly say I always leave the shop feeling confident Sherman has me looking my best. Overall customer service is great, all the staff were friendly. It's always a great experience getting my haircut here every single time.

Very Unique concept Hair Salon compared with other salons. the entire experience and service given was of good quality, the process of the hair transformation, was definitely something worth spending your money on. The hair stylist Sherman was also very friendly and quick on his feet and ensure that I was served to my needs. Definitely a place I'd recommend my friends and family to.

Have been a loyal customer to this place for over 3 years. Coming in every month. Last time I felt that the haircut wasn't as good as usual. After hesitating for a week I decided to give them a call and ask for a touch up. I expected they would offer me to do this for free but apparently they only do this within 7 days and I called in after 8... The only option they gave me was to come in and pay full price again. This is unacceptable and not how you treat loyal returning customers. Having spent 2000 sgd over the past 3 years and probably another 800 sgd annually in the upcoming years, it just shows how poor management is at this place; willing to let go a recurring customer over a technicality. I feel sorry for my regular stylist as he's a good guy and always does a nice job, however if company management rewards customer loyalty like this I will spend my money at a venue where they do appreciate me as a customer.

An absolute treat of a treatment. Been coming here since I moved to singapore for haircut and beard trim with Darren as well as the occasional hot towel shave. I love the ambience, super relaxing. Always looking forward to it.
