Just very bad experience with Wearnes!

Send my vehicle for servicing and it came back with missing floor mat. Contacted the Service Dept and they replied "We have checked, there is no floor mat. There is no reason for us to lie, NOTHING WE CAN DO!!!" ... OMG!!!! So, it means I lie for a cheap floor mat? And Nothing You can DO? WHAT A SERVICE STANDARD !!!! It wasn't the first time it happened. Just few months before, I sent my car for repair, it came back with MISSING HAZARD SIGN in the boot. I didn't realise until weeks later and thought forget it because it wasn't that important. HOWEVER now it came back with ONE missing floor mat !!! HELLO! WEARNES! YOUR SERVICE REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!

Very very disappointing experience. Bought my F-Pace in January 2020, gave a feedback about my bad experience (poor handover, wrong information given about the car) via a survey and had no response. Followed up with an email to [email protected] and no response still. After going down to the service centre to sort out the issues I am having with my car, and highlighting to the service advisor that until now, no one has contacted me, only then did I receive a call from the sales manager a few days later, and yet my issue is still not resolved as it lies with the aftersales department. This was my second time bringing my car back to Jaguar Land Rover / Wearnes. The first time, I waited one and a half months before they got back to me. Again, I was chasing on my end with no updates from JLR / Wearnes. I only got my slot after I called them. Called the aftersales department yesterday, was assured that the manager will call me back within the day. There still hasn't been any call or any effort on JLR / Wearnes to explain anything at all. Not a single call or message or email. This has been an entirely one-sided effort, and from my perspective, I am just trying to get what was promised to me before purchasing the car (a replacement car for when I bring my car in for repairs). I do not have a black and white agreement as the salesperson assured me that it was standard procedure for JLR / Wearnes. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Fabulous customer service, especially John Tan. Provided us with good information on both the cars we are interested, Evoque and Sports. Wonderful experience on test driving as well.

My Old Jaguar XF D2.2 had been 6.5 years old . It was a great car giving me excellent driving experience since April of 2015 — powerful and problem free . I went to Wearnes to have the new 2021 Jaguar XF SE tested , then made a decision to replace it with my old ride. I was attended by sales guy Jason Ong , who did a fine job for the entire purchasing process , from initial introduction about the car functions , arranging the test drive, to the final delivery . He is knowledgeable , patient and always approachable before and after the car was purchased . The new XF SE has been handed over for three weeks now with everything being in order. The 6 years post sales service is an added benefit to the package . Thank you Wearnes and your well trained staff.
