We are super impressed with Ms. EJ Marzuki -with her close follow-up, going out of her ways to find spares to help us as a Customer - to complete replacing of the worn-off part during regular servicing of Land Rover - Discovery. She constantly kept updating us despite being over-loaded with handling of many cars at the same time. We do appreciate her dedication , immense technical knowledge with clear explanation of every of ours' query with so much of patience . She deserve our highest admiration and big kudos to her for being so loyal to Land Rover and Customers :-) :-) :-)

I was involved in a car accident in February 2022, my one-and-a-half-year-old Land Rover Discovery Sport sustained damages to the driver's door, right front tyre and the right front panel, it was sent to the Wearnes workshop. Four weeks later, I was informed that the main harness needs to be replaced and it is a made to order part. Nobody at Wearnes is able to provide any advice on the parts arrival, all my emails to Wearnes were not replied. Four months later, I was informed that the part had arrived but the workshop diagnosed that an aircon tube is leaking and needs to be replaced. Again, this part is not in stock and has to be ordered. Till date, after five months, I still do not have visibility on when the repairs will finally be completed.

Poor service / terrible communication / misleading customers to secure deposit / wish never had any dealings with these guys! They obviously don’t value recurring business. I have not even collected the vehicle and it frustrates me I have to deal with this dodgy company for the life of my warranty… Buy from the grey market is a better experience β€œJLR” should be ashamed of this agent.

We have had the opportunity to be assisted by Mr Christopher Yap. Our second purchase with him and have nothing but the best reviews. Excellent service and he would go an extra mile to help you out regardless how petty it could be. Very patient and courteous. Definitely find him if you drop by to the dealership.

We are lucky to have had Mr Christopher Yap helped us at Land Rover. After visiting so many other cars dealership, we were impressed by his knowledge and he is very patient with us. Excellent service and he tried his best to help us, even when it is not on his work day. We are very happy with our purchase! His dedication to the customer rocks. Must look for him when you are looking to purchase a car there!
