The showroom was understated and classy, in line with the image of Infiniti. Wide range of coffee and tea choices and a simple snack were offered to visitors. β β β β β Decided to rove one star due to poor servicing standard. The service rep doesn't seem to know anything. He doesn't keep me updated on anything. The workshop closes at 6pm and only informed me an hr prior when I specifically instructed him to advise earlier so that I can make arrangement to pick up the car.

β β β β β Generally polite service but we found that the cost of servicing was on the high side of over $130 for changing two spark plugs. Overall maintenance costs also on the high side considering that overall maintenance was over and above changing spark plugs.

β β β β β Sent car for servicing and the service team, waiting area are great. If you are thinking of walking around while waiting for your car, you'd be better off making the effort to go someplace else. Limited things to do.
