After getting my car for almost 1 month , I feel that Jaguar have met my expectation especially when I drive in the rain I felt safe and overall it was stable. It was my first experience at Wearnes Automotive (Jaguar) Service Center. Met up with Service Consultant Mr.Patrick. He provided a very detailed diagnostic explanation of my car service requirements. Photos and videos were a great assurance and assistance in understanding the condition and service requirements. He was very patient and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I was constantly updated on the process flow. Special mention to Counter service staff Adeline who was very courteous and service oriented in her dealings with me . Hi Jaguar, Me and my wife always have been a Jaguar fans and we have always changed to a Jaguar. Currently driving a e-pace facelift 2021 model. However, recently I went into a accident whereby a motorcyclist hit my car at the back around 20th Dec. So I decided to stick to Wearnes for my repair even though there are a lot of workshops offering good freebies to go with them. So Paul and Paulo assisted me on the repairs and services. Surveyor is there on 22 Dec and insurance got approved few days later. I was told that the rear bumper would arrive around 20 January from UK, so I have been driving the damaged car since then. By the way, I am a car lover and wouldn’t like my car to be dirty or damaged but I have no choice. Only on the same day, Paulo texted me to inform that the rear bumper haven’t arrive and on 24th January, Paulo informed me that the rear bumper would only arrive estimated around mid February. By the way, I am supposed to have a pre wedding shoot with my car on 24 January and my actual wedding is on 20 February, furthermore now is coming to a Chinese New Year festive season, I now need to drive the damage car around. If Jaguar can’t deliver as promised I would have find other workshop. By the way, the car has some issues after that accident and I have been driving not comfortably. I am now struck. I sincerely hope that as a fan of Jaguar, I hope you can do something for me. Please get back to me urgently Darren Ang 91503817
