Did my wheel alignment here, job was done fairly quick and it comes with a paper report showing the alignment numbers.

Paid $70 for wheel alignment services. No waiting as the workshop was empty when I reached. Service seemed professional as they adjusted some screws at the undercarriage to improve the results. The boss even test drove the car after completing the job. At the end the report was left in the car and I was told to make payment. However, when I saw the report in the car, the specifications used was for 2 series Active Tourer but my car is X1. Although both cars share the same platform, one is a MPV and the other is a SUV. I am not sure whether they have same wheel alignment specifications. Well, if the boss had explained the report to me instead of just leaving it in the car, I would have given 5 stars.

Great experience! They notified me that my shock absorbers needed replacement. After replacement, they helped to realign my wheels again. Recommend!

Sent in my car today for alignment as I'd visited them many times and finds their workmanship not bad. However today's incident changed my perception of their business integrity completely. After my alignment was completed, the boss took my car out for a test drive, which they always did... but today it was exceptionally long and i was wondering what is happening to my car. After about 10 mins, the boss returned with a female passenger in my rear seat! I asked him why he took to long they he said it was just a usual test drive... i was skeptical and checked on my dashcam footage, and indeed, the boss took my car out to perform errand, picking up a female passenger from next street! If they can openly take customer's out to perform their personal errands while customer is waiting in the shop, I cannot imagine those customer leaving their cars with them! Very dishonest business practice! Will avoid this shop in future! Update: The female called me back and argued it is a normal practice for them to use customer's car to fetch their staff and insist there is nothing wrong with such practice and hang up my call after that.

Have been with them for 8 good years,always greeting customers with a smile. Professional. Their alignment I can say is one of the best in Sg.If there is any fine adjustments to be done afterwards just return and they will do it with no questions ask! 2 thumbs up. I will stay with them as longs as i am still driving.

Did wheel alignment at BMW center last month, damn expensive and still didn't do a good job. Looked for wheel alignment center and Wei's name popped out. Price reasonable, and did such an excellent job. Going to be their future customers.

The work environment and waiting area was very clean. The place is brightly lid, windy and tidy. Infra red guiding alignment speeds up the tuning in mere minutes. They test drive and made necessary wheel rotations to ensure the tuning was true to fix the issue. Very dedicated and professional. I had alignment issues for years which authorised agent refused to acknowledge or fix. Kudos to Wei Alignment to solve this efficiently and economically.
