★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Welcab.SG as I was interested to find out more about this category of cars for my elderly parents. I was served by Conrad.
Unfortunately, due to an emergency, our first appointment got cancelled by Conrad. However, he contacted me subsequently and offered to drive over to our place to let me & my family see the car and demo the rear ramp loading. Conrad was obliging and patient in explaining the features of the car and answering our questions. Although we ended up deciding not to get the car, Conrad was still friendly and accommodating. We will certainly avail Welcab.SG's services in the future and will recommend them.
