Meal plans are easy to follow. Consultants are not pushy.
Treatments are effective as weight doesnβt rebound back unlike other weight loss programmes which I tried. So happy I can fit back into my pre pregnancy clothes. Have to give them credit for making me feel confident again!

β β β β β I have went to absolute for treatment for about 3 weeks. So far I have lost 5.7kg. The staff are all very encouraging and friendly. They know what they are doing too. I love the heat treatment, even though it sounded scary but staff know what they are doing (so I know Iβm in good hands). Meal plans are easy to follow. Hope to lose more weight in my remaining sessions as Iβm on the much heavier side. For those with weight issue and wish to lose weight in a healthy way, do try absolute wellness out :)

Don't worry no pills! Each treatment I went was attended by professional and friendly ladies (Stephy, Tricia and Vivi). Highly recommended.

β β β β β To all ladies who are trying to lose weight or get rid of stubborn fats, Iβve personally tried Absolute Wellness and the effects are amazing. The treatments are all natural, using guasha and cupping, combined with a clean diet. The diet was hard at first but I got used to it and the treatment actually curbs the appetite which makes dieting easier. Iβve lost almost 5kg after 8 sessions and is looking forward to lose more to hit my ideal weight. The team at Orchard Central branch are also very friendly and encouraging!

β β β β β All you need was one month to watch out on the diet and appear twice a week for the treatment. You must try it yourself and you will experience amazing results that you wonβt regret!
You need not worry about any hard sell or pressure from the staff. Just fixed a time and talk to them to understand more. Staff at Orchard Central are very friendly and encouraging to motivate you positively!
