J	Justin Kan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred to this place. Was introduced to Agnes RF and the Hydrawhite Facial. I am very amazed by the results after just 1 session. The clinic was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly, and most importantly, they were not pushy at all. They truly listened to the problems I have and they were able to give very good solutions to my problems. Lucia, the client care manager, is extremely friendly and professional. After every procedure, she will be sure to check up on you and is very prompt with messages. Carol, the clinic therapist, has very good hands and I really enjoyed the facial she gave. She gave very honest opinions on what to do and what not to do. And lastly, the doctors were extremely professional. They have a very good sense of aesthetics and I trust them as they are very genuine. Dr Sam was very careful when doing the procedures for me. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to this clinic for your aesthetic needs.

I am so glad that I have found Ozhean Zoey though the clinic is not as highly rated as those I have been; But Dr.Sam and the team, managed to show me results only after one treatment session. They are very patient and will only suggest treatments according to my concerns. I have done only a single session with them but I can see vast improvements in terms of skin texture and overall brightness. Looking forward to the rest of the treatments to transform my skin!

Was quite skeptical about doing chemical peel because i didn't want too much dryness. But the result was great! The staff will do extraction after chemical peel, followed by my laser treatment. I end off with LDM treatment. Still in on-going treatment. Overall my skin is smoother & less acne. They also whatsapp me to follow up on my condition which i thought is very nice of them. Friendly staff. No hard selling. Dr Sam also takes time to answer all my questions.

No matter how many products (different kind of acids) and facials I tried, I can’t get back to my previous skin condition and struggle to have acne outbreak for the past 2 years. My skin condition finally improved and get back to my original state after visit Ozhean clinic. With only 3 sessions ( yellow laser, hydra facial, LDM), I can feel visible change to my skin. My skin no longer clogged and feel very smooth especially when washing my face and it can last until the next session. Thank you for Dr Sam and Ashley for taking care of my skin. They will assess my skin condition and adjust the laser/ facial session that most suitable for me skin condition. I no longer having acne outbreak after facial where I used to have with other clinic.

Chloe is very upfront when asked about the charges of the products and services that she is recommending so there’s no shocking moments when I’m billed. Dr Sam usually checks if I’m ok with the downtime before each treatment. There is a variation of the treatment with his assessment, which is better than being merely given the same each session. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
