★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this stall inside the coffeeshop at Blk 202 Ang Mo Kio ave 3 selling wanton noodle. They shared the unit with a stall selling mimced meat noodle. Prices of the wanton noodle starts from SGD$4 onward. Besides that, they also sell soya sauce chicken, braised mushroom and dumpling noodle.
There wasnt any queue, i was able to order immediately upon reaching there. Noodle was nicely cooked and noodle was springy. The sauce is light goes well with the noodle. The chili is place and you have to mixed everything yourself. Charsiew wasnt dry and nicely roasted as it has the char bits. Opted for the fried wanton which was quite tasty.
Overall, an above average wanton noodle i feel. Quite surprised that not many people know about this place. Highly recommended if wanna try wanton noodle with that 古早味.
