Weng Kee Ipoh Hor Fun - 2 Changi Village Rd

Finally got to try their rave about chicken cutlet hor fun but being not a fan of hor fun I switched the hor fun to mee kia which wasn't exactly a good idea cos the type of mee kia they used was not eggy enough, hence doesn't blended well with the sauce. The chicken cutlet and the add-on fried wantons were both good though. Will probably stick to hor fun the next time if I do get to try it again.

Came all the way from the west just to eat this. The savoury chicken chop is really different from other stalls, well marinated and still crispy even when in gravy for sometime. Really wonder what is in their stock which made the hor fun and wanton mee so nice!

Been a while since I ate this. Still the same and with chicken, char siew and fried dumpling with mushroom. Definitely a lot more ingredients than the usual ipoh hor fun!

I wonder if you like sweet noodles, or whether you have even tasted one before? If not, here's your chance. ? For me, this may be the only sweet noodles I've ever eaten besides Chinese sweet longevity noodles. In fact, the Ipoh hor fun was so excessively sweet that I would even describe it as "cloying". Yikes! In all honesty, besides the sweetness, I really can't remember what other flavours there were in the plate of hor fun. If this were to be authentic Ipoh hor fun as the signboard suggests, then I'm really curious about its popularity. I mean, seriously, are there really so many people out there who like to eat such cloying noodles? Geez!

This is my fav chicken chop noodles stall! Yes i know they known for their horfun but i find the horfun too flaccid to my liking. The noodles version tastes a lot better! And the chicken chop fuiyoh is bloody crispy and tender!

Although the store is famous for it's hor fun, their wanton mee is what i have always ordered. The noodles are alway cooked just nice and springy. For $3.50 a bowl it is still pack with a good portion of delicious fried crispy wanton as well as steam ones. Definitely a must try here if your are craving for some good wanton mee when you are around here.

My colleague and I used to buy Ipoh Hor Fun from this stall during those days we worked in Loyang area. It has been years since I last bought from this stall and sad to say that their standard has dropped quite a bit… The meat added in the Hor Fun are not really fresh & in terms of presentation there is nothing special at one glance… I might try again when I read some positive comments in the near future..:

A anchor food tenant here at Changi Village Hawker Centre. I've been patronising this hor fun stall ever since my secondary school days. Standard has dropped a little but overall, it is still a can eat food item here at this hawker. Their signature fish is the chicken cutlet and ipoh hor fun. Portion is big enough for 1 person if you order the 4 dollar serving. If you're sharing, I will suggest for you to offer the bigger serving at 5 dollars. They also sell other stuff such as wanton noodles and Minced Meat noodle. The minced meat noodles here are pretty average according to my friend who had it. The queue here is quite insane though, if you happen to come on a weekend. Seats are hard to come by as there will be plenty of people eating their breakfast here before venturing into pulau ubin. There are also bikers and cyclist group who will gather at this popular spot after their session. Do come by and try it out if you're around the area!
