Their appointments are messed up. This place is not worth the wait. Booked my appointment and was postponed twice by them, waited 2 hours for my appointment. They were not polite enough to let you know how long the wait is too. So I had to sit there for 2 hours and everytime I asked how long more, they will say ten minutes which turn out to be 2 hours. The worse part is, I have already paid the full amount to collect my retainers. My very last time coming to this terrible clinic. Definitely would not recommend anyone

When it was in West coast Plaza, my experience was good. Trusting to get the same service, I went for my son's teeth cleaning services at Marina square. Not even 10min, she claimed that the cleaning was done but not at all satisfied with cleaning. The job was done by aesthetician and not by doctor. If you want the doctor to perform the job, please confirm before going that who will be working on your teeth. Not sure Xray is mandatory but took xray and charged $80 only for Xray. My pocket was burnt with not at all satisfying services.

Please don't go here the staff are terrible and don't reply to emails, phones call or basic requests. Further more would you take fitness class from a fat person? Likely not then don't get you teeth done with Dr Lim his teeth are very bad and he made mistakes when he did my Invisalign treatment that another dentist is now fixing. I wish i could give 0 stars rather than 1.

Too bad there's no 0 stars. Service was great 2 years ago when I came for my wisdom tooth extraction previously. But it is horrendous now. Sent a contact form, not response after a month so I called. And the front desk just said, "No one told me that I have to check that." Anyway, made an appointment for 12.15 noon. The front desk contacted me at 11.22am and asked if I will be coming, which i said I will. Then he said that my appointment was 11.30?! This is clearly a mistake on his part, as I always confirm the timing and date twice before hanging up, and I am coming from work, I arrange my appointment during my lunch break, and it's definitely not 11.30! So I came down to the clinic at 12.05, the temperature taking device was not turned on and the front desk just stated at me blankly. Moving on, sat waiting till 12.30 and asked what is the delay. Someone came in after me but was ushered in. Then they said my appointment is 12.30?? Can no one do things right in this clinic? Finally went in to see the dentist at 12.45. Sat in the chair aimlessly, that I finally asked, and the assistant then said we are waiting for the dentist. Came back because of Dr Lim, but the level of service from other people really not up to standard. Even while doing x-ray, it was like I'm supposed to know what to do, instead of being advised/instructed. Secured a slot on the day I made the appointment for consultation for 26th Feb. Then today the front desk said nothing. No appointment. Nothing made. I was so mad. And he arranged one more. Said 12.30. When I was leaving I asked again. He then amend and said 12.45. ????

STRONGLY WONT RECOMMEND! Been coming here for 15+ years, dentist is experienced but whole scheduling system is horrible. The staff schedule a timing for the appointment but always makes you wait 45 -60mins before going in. Waiting room is flooded because all customers are stuck waiting. Only staying here to finish my braces treatment and then I'll never come back. A 15-20 min wait is reasonable and expected at any place, but making you wait 45 mins everytime is crazy. Too focused on profit, that they forget about customer service. No apologies or anything, I was just told "you should understand". Dont blame the staff as they are just taking orders, it's the management issue. STRONGLY WONT RECOMMEND!

It was a bad experience when arranging for an appointment, even though they confirm the appointment with u and text u. They could even screw up, once upon a time they text me that for an appointment but the clinic was close when I arrived, luckily it was my last visit. No wonder the reception were brownies ?

I regret doing my braces here 6 years ago. Like most reviews on here, they have not replied to my email regarding rectifying a problem with my teeth they created back then. Told me that I do not need wisdom tooth removal as they are fine and able to proceed with braces treatment, but turns out all 4 are impacted and need removal. During braces treatment and post removal, my jaw was clicking & would sometimes get locked when I yawn, this was not even fixed. Also, post treatment, my jaw has deviated slightly to the right. I have other issues with my molars that was not identified with this dentist prior to treatment, and the glued on retainers to my teeth have broken off, which i need to fix now but no reply was given for more than 3 weeks which I am glad they did not, as I have decided to go ahead with treatment with another dentist who could identify all these issues in 15 mins. Complete waste of money as now I have to fork out more money to remove my impacted wisdom teeth and put on braces again. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Strongly recommended! Listen??and accommodate ?? patient need. Rectification process takes time. Perhaps my case is not ideal, I have an attention and an exceptional care by doctor Lim, and it’s progressing well ?? different approach to make an entire rectification process on track and perfectly fine. Receptionist had put an additional effort on communication regardless non-native speaker ??
