D	Dave Hoong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place and ambience to celebrate any occasion. A selection of dishes for the steamboat to choose from either as a set or ala carte.
S	Sin Sin Chia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation for 7pm but ended up waiting for over 1 hr and 15 mins for our table. Despite the free flow of drinks and snacks, sitting on a stool for so long and to be inundated by loud noise (from the games arcade and the crowd) proved to be an over sensory experience and it was very tiring, especially since I have health issues. We had to constantly check with the staff when was our turn as we noticed that groups who came in after us were ushered in first (similar group size), I don't know if there is some priority system. But once we got in, service and food was top notch and well done. However, due to the nightmare of waiting for so long despite a reservation, this will be my first and last time at Haidilao. Do patronise then if you are willing to wait, the food and service are really good. I just don't understand why they enable reservations when we have to wait as long as walk-ins, if not longer.

A	Andy Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the outlet that I will not come back. Staffs are not attentive. 1. Asked for porridge and mushrooms but never came. 2. Manager mentioned there's 20% off after 10pm but staff didn't ensure it was given before presenting the bill. 3. The noodle didn't came and it was not ensured. I had to asked for it again twice. End up after the noodle came, the staff tried to order 1 more. 4. The soup bubble was left in the pot where normally other outlets will scoop out. 5. Water not replenish. Need to ask for it. 6. Tables are left without cleaning. However the environment is cozy. Quiet environment with ceiling animation. Summary, good place bad service.
Y	Yy Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services is okay, friends experienced better at Clarke quay branch, I feel not bad since it’s my first time. Maybe they’re understaffed. The soup base so so only, I’ve better soup base at normal steamboat shop. Overall ok but not very impressed.

Due to the reduce in staff strength, the service could be more prompt. But overall still satisfactory. Food is consistently of good quality, except that the century egg porridge is a little too bland and watery.

Recently they just came to my wedding early May so we said must catch up together and today we came here. Not bad very spacious and nothing surprising staff all polite and follow up well. Always service us what we need - that's the most important!
D	DR GOH PENG YANG DAVY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside the Marina Square Mall. It was located in B1. To reach the store, you could not walk around in B1 area. Best to follow the signs at Level 1. And taking the correct escalator would lead you directly to the entrance of Haidilao. Wide variety of food, different types of pork were available, including beef and fish. The quality of the food was all above average. Price wise, this place could be considered more expensive than your normal steamboat restaurant- in fact much more expensive. The key factor about Haidilao was the service, the service could be top notch, if not the best in the industry. Customer is king- this was the service standard that Haidilao provided. For birthday celebration, there would be a free plate of fruits platter and a big birthday celebration backdrop for you to take photos. Strongly recommended.
