★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly highly highly recommended! The trainers, who are also the owners of the gym (Ollie, Barbara, Joel, Char) truly care about you and you’ll always feel super welcomed. If I didn’t have to move places, I would have definitely stayed there.

The trainers push you to your limits and you can see your fat crying. 45mins out of your 24 hour day is all you need to get back in shape.
