Definitely, certainly and surely the worst I ever eaten all my life Beyond words. One bite and immediately regretted.

One of the worst fried oyster. Too much starch and so little egg and too salty. Feels like I'm chewing a soft bubble gum. Don't think I'll ever come back here again.

Enjoyed the oyster omelette. Large, fresh oysters. Unlike other places with the same dish, the omelette was starchy throughout instead of having a mix of crisp and starchy parts.

$10 for this plate of sambal chilli fried oysters. The oysters is placed separately to show you how big each oyster is. Super juicy and fresh oyster.

This stall located at Whampoa Market, which is a great place for dinner and supper, specialises in Fried Oyster Omelette, or what we locals called Orh Luat. Their oyster were fresh, juicy and quite large size. Their omelette was starchy and stir-fried to crispy. It gave a smooth jelly like texture overall. Do take note, this dish is quite greasy though.

Strange, my oysters 1/3 the size as compared to earlier post and only have 3 pcs among oily chunks of rubbery starch.. Was it because I ordered the smallest $6 portion?
