Andy helped remove, clean and service my freehub on my Reynolds Strike wheels (difficult to find anyone to service them in SGP). It's rare you get to meet a genuine 'craftsmen' where you don't feel like they are shafting you (selling / replacing more than really needed, etc.) .. Andy is very forthcoming with explaining what is needed .. and what's maybe not needed (initially we discussed possibly swapping out 4 bearings, but he messaged me later that he only needed to replace (i.e. charge for 1 as the others could be cleaned up nicely)). Great knowing local businesses like this exist ...
