A very accommodating seller. Despite his youth, he has a go getter attitude as a young entrepreneur. Respect! Bought my Marin Four Corners (in a lovely retro '70s green) from him. I could have bought it from the big boys, but I like patronizing smaller players and Jo's Bicycles is one! Jo was very patient with me as I took my time to really feel the bike and get it tuned up so that it was perfect and I was comfortable to buy it. ( indexing, front derailleur limits, seat height, etc) A scratch occurred on the centre of the top tube during delivery. He was really apologetic. So was the delivery man. Both chipped in and shared the cost of the repair and that was pleasantly sorted out. Hopefully, pre-delivery protection prep processes will improve from now. I had a very positive experience buying from Jo and will recommend him to a friend.
