Whisk & Paddle (Bt Gombak Park) - 816 Bukit Batok West Ave. 5

Newly opened directly opposite BBDC, very convenient to get there from the bus stop. Beautiful cafe vibes with lots of natural sunlight. They'll roll down the blinds late afternoon when the sun shines in. Mac n cheese was on the lighter side but I prefer it that way so that it's not so surfeit. Also very flavourful, I like it. Eggs Benny with smoked salmon on waffle was yummy too but the waffle doesn't match very well with the eggs n salmon. French toast, bacon, scrambled egg were all so good! Crispy and well-toasted on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Bacon is thick and charred very nicely. We also ordered their chocolate cake and it's delicious. The only downside of this cafe was the food's waiting time. It wasn't full house but we had to wait quite some time for it... The dish came one by one.. by the time we finished the first 2 dishes, we still had to wait for the 3rd dish to arrive :(

WE LOVED IT! The dishes we ordered tasted nice. Their waffles & ice cream is must try! Mr Tailor served us with so much of enthusiasm. Very beautiful ambiance. A must visit place for sure.

Food here was great! The staffs are extremely friendly and nice. Didn’t have to wait as there wasn’t any queue for the time I went at! Would definitely recommend the Mac and cheese here! The spicy wings is a little too spicy but the flavour is great!

Though price point for their pastas is cheaper than other standard cafes, the portion was also quite little. Had also ordered the iced hazelnut latte (not shown in pictures), which turned out better than expected. Apart from the friendly staff and decent coffee, probably would reconsider coming back here for a meal.

This cafe has been opened for quite sometime. Heard some good reviews about it so decided to try out today. We had the Steak, fish & chips, kurobuta pork and carbonara. Overall satisfactory but no wow factor. Price is on the high side. Parking is readily available right infront of the cafe. Will come back next time to try the pizza and dessert which looks good on the menu.

First time at this outlet despite passing by a few times due to the Queue and the limited carpark on weekends. Decided to come over around 11ish, no Q and there was lot. Definitely a crowded and not-your-quiet kind of weekend cafe. But that’s fine ? Really love the Mac & Cheese. Will come back again and try out the mushroom soup. Staffs are friendly, but it seems slightly understaffed. 4 ground crew and all had to run to serve. Seems overwhelmed to give attention to diners on a weekend. ?

Nice setting within Bukit Gombak Park. With full glass panels for the restaurant. I will say the menu is quite standard cafe food but there are some exception special dishes such as the Mexican corn. Food was definitely great in such ambience. Will come back again for other dishes!

The food is always great here. There are a lot of options for vegetarians too. I've visited this branch of Whisk and Paddle several times. I love the mac and cheese here. (I can choose to take out the ham and mke it vegetarian). The margerita pizza was also delicious. The nachos are almost always on point. The milkshakes are thick and worth the money. The iced chocolate drink with a shot of baileys is awesome too. I've been here for dinner several times. In the late evening, the ambience with yellow lighting is very wonderful. However, it tends to be very noisy because the tables are always full. The service is decent. Only on one of my severals visits (when there were too many customers) was the food very delayed and not up to their usual standard.
