β β β β β One of the best white beehoon in Singapore! We liked that the beehoon is on the moister side with lots of gravy. The squid and prawns were fresh. The lime chilli sauce paired really well with the beehoon!

β β β β β I went at 6pm. The restaurant was empty. Was told by the cashier I cannot enter and have to wait for everyone present. There was for 3 pax. Then I said the other one in the toilet on the way here. Also bot allowed said I have to order and pay before I can enter. I said I need to discuss with the other diner. Poor service attitude. The whole restaurant is empty yet not allowed to enter and have to order on the spot and pay before they allow u in.
The workers so free they can busily use mobile phone in the kitchen. Wheres the hygiene standard?

β β β β β if u are dining alone in this crowded mall, this is the place to go. not the best bee hoon.. but really good enuff. its called EXPRESS for a reason. the taste is.. somewhat off.. carries too much of the salted egg flavour..
the staff taking ur order is always angry. shes like waiting for u to make a wrong keyword and bam! u jialat liao...
just eat. then leave. tyvm.

β β β β β Like the set menu arrangement. The white beehoon is good.. like that the gravy is enough not too little and maybe when having it on the spot makes it even better because it will not give the beehoon any chance to be soggy when packed back.
I am also surprised the fried rice and sambal stir fry sweet potato leaves here tasted well and itβs not too oily or salty. There is no service charge because we need to get the food ourselves which is acceptable for me!

β β β β β Its white EXPRESS for a reason.
Food here served pretty fast. Serving size is smaller and suitable for 1 pax to dine alone. Price wise i think its okay, but noticed from other patrons that if u add on the side dishes, it comes together in a plate which kind of downsizes your main dish. Hence, i would rather order them ala carte since not much of a difference in price.
White beehoon was fantastic as the jewel one, but the fried rice was meh. It came less than warm and probably because they fry them in a big batch and leave it aside, while the beehoon is made fresh. Lime juice was so overly sweet and not cold, so i would rather go for ala carte.
Overall not too bad. Will still dine in for their ala carte beehoon again!

β β β β β Food was pretty good, but portions could be better. For example, the drinks did not look like what they were shown on the menu.
The white bee hoon was okay, but pretty dry. The fried rice was tasty but could have been more. We paid extra for the long beans with minced pork but the portion was again small.
