It says express delivery but it takes forever to get the medicine - yes, for someone who's not feeling well, it feels like forever. If you can't fulfill the order in time, please upgrade the system to ensure accurate delivery booking can be made! That being said, their turnaround for email response is quite prompt, and they'll follow up closely with the status as requested.

When you do finally get to video consult the doctor, they seemed to be in a rush to end the call and issue the medicine. Medication delivery is very slow. It's past 11pm and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I have no choice but to use this as my company contracted with AIA for this service. Doctor Anywhere is definitely much better.

I have always been worried about having to go to a physical clinic for consultation, especially after the rising confirmed cases in Singapore. The medicine prescribed were effective and i was well pretty much the next day. It was really convenient as i do not have to go to the nearby clinic where waiting time is really unpredictable. Under current pandemic condition, tele-consulting is definitely a big plus in terms of safety and convenience.

The tele consult was quick for my sore throat and medicines were prescribed and sent within service delivery guidelines. Would recommend this to anyone who has ailments but doesn’t wish to go through the trouble of making a physical trip to the clinic!

To be able to lie back and rest at home until notified on my phone that it's my turn, is exactly what one would need while feeling unwell. The app is also easy to use - with just a few clicks, it gets me into the queue waiting to see the doctor, who is thorough and professional. I am also able to look through the list of meds prescribed to see if I need everything and choose to leave out those I already might have. The medication delivery is efficient, receiving them within 2 hours. Am very relieved to have this option of consulting a doctor and highly recommend it.

I could accomplish other tasks while waiting for the doctor to be free, and the app alerted me when it was almost my turn. Such a luxury when all physical GP clinics currently have snaking queues because of the pandemic. Doctor was professional and compassionate. Will definitely be using this platform again!

Usually get assigned to a doctor on standby quickly - maximum waiting time i have experienced was under 10 minutes. During the height of the pandemic, doctors were knowledgeable about testing and quarantine protocol. Doctors are also patient and guide users (esp first time users) through face to face diagnosis on screen. Medicine usually gets delivered to doorstep within 3 hours, while users are also issued digital invoices and medical certificates. Would recommend WhiteCoat anytime!
