Product: We have been enjoying the quality latex mattress in King size for almost a year now. Service: We loved the whole interaction from start to finish. All questions/concerns were addressed fast and in a friendly manner. Price: Mattress was reasonably priced and we found it be lower than in other retail shops.

This is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. Thought my previous mattress was great, but kept waking up throughout the night, with body aches (thought it was just because i'm getting older). But since getting a a Willow mattress, have no body aches at all, and much better sleep. And it is THE MOST COMFORTABLE mattress- my husband and I joke that getting into bed is by far the best part of our day. You can choose whether you want firmer or softer, and are able to move the different layers that make up the mattress around, at any time to change this (willow offer to help do this, but it is so easy you can just do it yourself). You can also choose a different level of firmness for each of the two sides of the mattress, so mine is softer, and my husband has the firmest. AND when we turnover during the night, we don't wake each-other up, because movement on the other side of mattress doesn't move your side around. Cant recommend Willow highly enough. Great quality, and incredibly comfortable. We are very happy, and will be replacing all mattresses in our house with Willow.

Most incredible mattress I have ever purchased. I have been using it for 8 months can vouch for the supreme quality of the latex. It keeps you very cool at night and it's perfect for side sleepers like myself. On top of that, the team at willow provides Incredible customer service at the store to email/WhatsApp support even post purchase. Thank you so much for improving my sleep!

These guys are Fantastic. Awesome service with the personal touch. They have an an exceptional product that is superiour to the bigger name brands both in quality and price. More importantly - you get a great sleep with these babies . I bought my first Willow mattress a year when I came out to Singapore myself (Queen size that's now in the spare room). Now my family are here I am upgrading the master bed, getting a King size half and half . Can't wait , wish I put the order in sooner. Mike

We have had a Willow mattress and pillows for a good while now and can honestly say they have been the best mattress and pillows we have ever had so far. Extremely comfortable, great support, cool to sleep in and nice to be able to have different firmness for myself and my husband. 100% recommend!

Our search for a perfect mattress ended here and it’s been a few months since we started using their king half and half mattress. What we liked about them and the product ? 1. They never asked us to review here - this is our genuine unprovoked review 2. They never pushed a sales agenda - (our experience with other mattress Brand’s has been pathetic - we were shocked with their pushy sales staff who aggressively lure you with special deal of the day , early discounts, freebies, a lot of futile comparison against other Brand’s / products , marketing gimmicks on product design, legacy of 5-star hotel mattress contracts etc etc) 3. They allow you to experience mattress with only necessary dialogues as required. They have the right answers for all your questions as you pose to them about the quality of product and the engineering behind it 4. Lastly, the concept of 3 layer adjustable comfort system - really allows you to 'fine-tune' the firmness and comfort level to suit your personal needs along with Half n Half feature - this was a winning proposition for our requirements Where could Willow improve upon in future designs ? This is a recommendation to product design team - they should find a way to integrate side handles for easy lift and turn. Latex is heavy and side handles / loops would be great for lifts and rotations. The full zipper for removable cover prohibits that today - however the design team should take up this challenge and find a solution here. In summary, we give them 5 stars for the quality product that meets their promise of “Best Value Guaranteed” - Good job , team willow !

Great Mattress! I went to the store where they explained the concept of the mattress, which can be easily adjusted to provide multiple firmness or softness options (which takes the risk out of buying one), and I was able to try the options right there. Willow have a big range of sizes, and can even custom make; I needed a Euro King to fit the rattan bed I bought...my size was in stock - awesome. Two men delivered it (next day), and adjusted the layers to the firmness setting I decided on during my store demo. My thanks to the team at Willow; I'm really impressed with the whole experience and am sleeping like a baby!

Travel to showroom specially to check out their mattress quality, was hoping for decent service. Just disappointed. I felt the showroom is a little dusty and top layer (cover) of the mattress seem really itchy for my skin. Even though the sales have mentioned cover could be remove for laundry, i wonder when was the last time they taken care of it? I got annoyed by the sales lady (presume European lady with UK accent). She doesn't know the answers to some basic questions I asked, instead of checking (which i'm willing to pay for the merchandise) ... she tried to smoke her way through. I don't appreciate laziness. And worse part she wasn't willing to listen. Hardly i have a chance to finish my sentence. My POV, that's rude. It also got me thinking, maybe I'm asian or its just her bad day? I don't know?? Pricing wise is pretty decent, provide 100days trial period. Not buying cause i don't think the mattress align with my comfort requirement.
