they say that the warranty does not such things?
then why do i get the warranty card for ?
take heed guys. warranty card is a useless piece of paper to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest staff. Changed a seiko watch battery at an exorbitant price of 130 bucks. Refused to show/share any information what has been done to the watch and claim that they have sent it to seiko service centre to change the battery. Came up with all excuses with the charges. When verified with seiko service centre, there was no records found. Just because it was my dad(in his 70s) brought it to the shop they wanted to cheat him of his money thinking that he woundn't know anything. Patronise the shop at your own risk. Btw, my father's watch is just a seiko premier. 130 bucks. What a joke.

Confidently claimed to be able to fix a single deep scratch on the watch face but in the end made it worse. From a single scratch became multiple scratches as if it was dragged on tarmac road. Refuse to admit fault and gave some lousy excuses. Worst of all, this is from the owner of the shop Winson himself.
Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a casio casual watch here. Despite not an expensive watch. The boss very patient and friendly. Let me tried number of them. Only cost $26 for a casio watch with 1 year warranty. Thumbs up.

After my purchase and i came home, i realised that they gave me the wrong box for my watch, cos the sticker on the box stated a different model number. And there was no manual whatsoever that came with the watch. I then called up the shop to tell them i need the correct box cos I'm giving the watch as a gift. The boss himself said he will check and get back to me. He didn't call me back after 2 days, so i called him. Then he said he couldn't find the right box and he will check with supplier etc. It's been more than a week but no call from him whatsoever. Such bad aftersale service. They are only interested in selling you the product!

Asked if they could be competitive and charge the same as their competitors around, but the Chinese lady refused and threatened to not even fix the battery despite paying earlier.
Avoid at ALL cost.
