Wine & Chef - 7 Keong Saik Rd.

My default wine place since I discovered them years ago. Wide selection of value for money Italian wines and recommendations by sommelier Calvin are always on point. Salmon risotto and scallop capellini are really must tries. With their off-menu daily specials, there's always something new to look forward to after countless visits.

Great place to chill out, with a cosy ambience and awesome food. the foiegras, pork jowl (extra charred) and scallop spaghetti were really really good. Enjoyed and finished every inch of the portion. I shall let the pictures do the talking.

We stumbled upon this place while strolling through the Outram Park area. The first thing was that we were super friendly welcomed by Jonathan and already felt warm and cozy from the very start. We were seated at the high table near the entrance with a great view over the entire place. Throughout the entire evening, the service was impeccable. Kelvin introduced us to a few wines in the wine room and shared with us the tastes to be expected, which led us to a wonderful bottle of red. We never had this place on the radar but we must say that we enjoyed every single course from starters through to desserts. Top picks? - Sorry, can't say cuz everything was brilliant. I'd say this is a definite must-try because of the super kind & aware service of everyone in there. The place was really busy and the atmosphere was great, lively and a perfect Friday-feel. We had a great dinner tonight. Food was tasty and delicious! Highly recommend the crab cake & curry poulet as both were very good. Nice ambience & very friendly and attentive staffs. They do have wide range of wine too!

First time here and left impressed! Service by Melodie was impeccable, led us to the wine cellar to explain about the various wines. Loved the food, thanks to Melodie’s recommendations. She pays attention to details and ensured we had a great date night. Well done indeed! Thank you!

Patronised the restaurant after reading good reviews online. We ordered the recommended dish by the service staff but thought the food was underwhelming for the price the restaurant is charging. The dishes were executed well but the flavours did not meet the mark. The nicest dish out of what we have ordered is the salmon risotto. Somehow the overall experience did not quite meet the expectation like what others have reviewed here.

Amazing appetisers - the clams were very flavourful and I think almost every table ordered them. I also loved the pork jowl - tender and tasty. The fish main was good though I thought the lobster broth was a good pairing. Will return.

Wine and chef. A cosy restaurant located at 7 Keong Saik road. We planned for a celebration meal right after my daughter’s A level results and my families enjoyed the meal so much! Jonathan and Calvin are really friendly people! They always checked on us, making sure that we were satisfied with our meals! For those who are first timers like us, I would say go with Jonathan and Calvin’s recommendations. Their food is fabulous and the taste and presentation are superb! Definitely going back again with my friends and family!! ??
