M	Matthew Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc seems afraid of me when i have sorethroat. Didnt give me an opportunity to inform of my other illness which i came for medication. Quickly brush me off and send the nurse in to do swab test and sent me home.
S	Syed Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic dated 4th Feb 2022 and had given blood as well as urine for the test. After 10 days also I did not get any update from the clinic. I have been calling on 67853702 since morning to know the status of my report , however no one is picking the phone. I have called more than 20 times with no luck. Please see the attachment for your reference. I was not expecting this unprofessional behavior from a well known clinic who got very good doctors like Dr. Aanchal and Dr. Angulia.
F	Firdaus Surathi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE. Had called them at 7.51pm to check if they're open. Recep answered and confirmed they are, and asked that we arrive before 8.30pm (final registration). We hence made our way all the way there, and arrived at 8.17pm - only to be told off by the recep, saying they're full and they cannot accept any more patient. I reminded them that we had made a call prior and it was them in fact who had encouraged us to go over. Still, they didn't budge. Showed zero empathy as well when I pleaded and said I needed some medicine for the night - they only offered to take down my name for 8am the following day.

You people employ Very rude reception staff While asking how do i consume the medication, she raise her voice loudly at me as if i offended her in some way. I know it is your fasting month and it is almost your dinner time but do treat people with respect. If you are unhappy with your job please leave and stop making this clinic look bad with your ugly behaviour. I dont owe u a living

After consulting other clinic, i was referred back here to get swab so i casually ask their operating hrs and told them i called many times, the nurse just say we are busy. And after she swab me she just ask me to go home and out. Even when i said thanks she ignored me. What kind of attitude is this.
M	M lancet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had pre departure ART test. Orderly and calm in this clinic because staff is sufficient and really nice as well. Really thankful for the pleasant visit today. Really not like the many Choas type clinic with stressed out staff and not blaming them for being rude.
S	Sunil A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very few clinics to function on Sundays as well. Went there on a Sunday evening; the staff and the doctor were really helpful and patient. The staff were managing the crowd with ease and the doctor was very patient and co-operative in understanding the ailments. Waiting time was around 1 hour on Sundays due to many patients visiting the clinic. The contact points were sanitized by the staff members on regular basis. Yet he was very cheerful and provided top notch service. The downside is the wait was really long while waiting for his arrival. I arrived at the clinic at 1745, arrived home in Simei at 2020
