Staff was really friendly and helpful in giving recommendations! Love that their drinks use natural sugars too, feels more guilt free! I really enjoyed the new teashakes especially crunch & cream if you're a fan of biscoff

got a couple of flavours for an event. overall i enjoyed most of the flavours and my favourite was definitely the brown sugar fresh milk one. the staff were really friendly and helpful w giving suggestions and recommendations will be back if i’m ever in the area!!

Staff are young friendly and pro active in attending to customers. I made a purchase for two drinks using the shopback app, was my first time using it and am Pleased by a crew’s positive attitude in guiding me to complete the purchase. She was also kind enough to remind me that I have to use a card that’s linked to shopback , in order to be awarded the rebate. I ordered Kyoto Milktop matcha and Afternoon Milk Tea. Happy to say that the Afternoon Milk Tea is the best milk tea I’ve tasted in SG, as it resembles a typical Japanese afternoon milk tea that I’ve never been able to find outside of Japan. Despite the price sitting on the high side (as compared to typical Milk tea from other BBT brands), id say it’s a worthy buy! However, I thought the drinks were still a tad too sweet despite the choice of the least sugar (25% sugar) Located within new F&B zone on the ground floor, leading to Cold Storage). As a guide, Look out for KFC/BodyShop! Overall a very pleasant experience!
