Healthway Medical (Novena Medical Centre) - 10 Sinaran Dr

Staff has attitude problem. Both the chinese and Malay lady. Ironically they have a signage that states to respect their staff when their staff is being rude to people without rhyme or reason. Was asked to take urine test by the Chinese lady but when I returned from the bathroom, she was occupied with several patients so I went to the unoccupied malay lady instead. Passed her the urine test stick and she shouted loudly, "WHAT'S THAAAAAT??" and then the Chinese lady passed her a basket to put it into. She's a staff of the clinic yet she didn't know what that stick was?? After this, nobody said anything to me anymore and I was wondering what to do next. I wasn't given a queue number as well. No hello, nothing, since start of visit. The Malay lady is only nice towards male patients, strangely. She would be like, "Sir? Etc, etc, SIR?" Lol funny. Waiting time is exceptionally long for this clinic, almost as long as the staff's face. Will never return to this clinic again since there're several other healthway clinics. This is the first time I encounter such service from healthway. Ridiculous.

I dont know if he is really a doctor or what? Tested for 20s. Didnt even want to hear patient to talk about there symtomps. Just want to finish then go back home. Closing time is 1pm but 12:20 rush to go. How can diagnotic in 20s and no need to listen what the patient?

Have been going to Dr. John for at least 8 years, he is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and is my go-to GP.

Vicki Tan, I think it from the way you made your feedback it just showed you are a plain idiot with no common sense. Clearly, if you want to find someone who will give you the best experience to take blood look for a phlebotomist. Clearly your IQ must be so low that you don't even know how to compress your blood taking site. Actually I visited the clinic when the locum doctor was around and he was superb, his skills are good, he is friendly and he is so efficient. Waiting time was short. At times like this during the pandemic, please show healthcare worker some respect. I think healthway should not entertain your comments at all.

HEALTHWAY MEDICAL-NOVENA BRANCH. This afternoon I called to confirm if their clinic is affiliated to my company when I confirmed it I told them maybe I can book an appointment but they say for doctor consultation should be walk-in. So I come down to their clinic and take my queue number since it was a bit far from the number that they were calling now I ask nicely to the receptionist there maybe they can help give me a call once 2 queue numbers is already called bfore my queue number so atleast I have a time to take a lift going up since my shop is in the level 1(Im one of the tenant here in Novena), the lady just nod so I assumed she understand me BUT UNFORTUNATELY she didn’t understand I received her call saying “your number is up Miss” so how would I able to go up there in just 1min how funny is it right! Then when I was already there they ask me to wait a bit since I already missed out so I was expecting that they will call me once the doctor already finish with the customer thats ahead of me, SUPRISINGLY they called the next queue number there then I talked to the 2ladies at the reception that why is not my number was called since I just missed it out anyways they already ask me to wait then after its just like that! The young lady whom I was talking keeps staring at her colleague looks like asking for a permission and the lady said I MUST WAIT AGAIN! It was really waste of time for me! Your receptionist is not well-trained. UNPROFFESIONAL!

Went for the basic health check. Great experience all round. Receptionists were professional and courteous, doctor John as well. There was barely a wait when I went on a weekday morning.

Weekend locum doctor is superb and very friendly. I love the way he explain medical conditions and his effective medication to cure me. Some people are just inconsiderate and socially irresponsible as they have covid symptoms and shamelessly want to spread to the doctor.

I saw Dr John Cheng who was very smart, clear, kind, up-to-date with info and caring. I did a walk in and the nurses were very helpful and quick, even there were many patients, they were smooth and efficient and polite. I highly recommend and this place will be my preferred doctor & clinic now on.
