★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ate twice this week and had my usual egg fried rice w chicken. the first time had some crunch to it but i didn't think much because i was eating while doing work. second time had the same crunchy texture, went to dig a bit and finally realised that i had been eating broken eggshells this entire time... will not patronise again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the Shanghai Fried Rice with braised beef. The fried rice was delicious but the braised beef, of the 4 or 5 pieces only 1 piece was edible the rest was full of tough gristle and not chewable. I know it is not tenderloin but at least it should be chewable like in the beef noodle I usually eat. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse outlet. My chicken ramen had NO CHICKEN. It became a vegetarian ramen ? Long waiting times to be expected during meal times (~30mins, not the 10 to 20mins displayed). My guess is that the staff is too busy to update the sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the udon with prawn but ended up giving me chicken instead.
It's not about the price difference but is more of expectations. Imagine my kid was looking forward to have her favourite prawns for dinner but instead, she got chicken. Service was slow too even though there was only 2 orders.
Worst outlet ever.
Chinatown outlet has better customer service and speed than them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delicious. But them don’t know how arrangements order. 10-20 mins waiting time? Wheregot? I waiting my 1 order 35 mins. Even them missing my tickets and don’t know missing ticket until I ask them when I can get my order. After them cook for me it less than 3 mins lol. Really Terrible. If I never asking then how long more I need to waiting my order. Only 1 egg fried rice. Food is delicious but service really disappointed. I don’t wanna order again here. And u guys use salt a bit too much. Thanks.
