A Korean restaurant hidden behind a Korean store. Tasty food and good view of the Fortune Fountain. Truly enjoyed their sundubu (spicy tofu soup). Pancake felt a bit undercooked, but overall still a yummy dish. Side dish was decent but not amazing. :)

It’s been said before - not so wonderful service, but still very wonderful food, I leave happy. ? Packed on a Friday night, we waited approx 20 mins for our group of 3. We got the haemul pajeon, jjapchae, soy sweet chicken, beef kimbap, yachae twigim. Wanted to get one of the hotplates but they were already sold out by 8pm! They were all delicious - surprised by the chicken and love the addition of tteok and sweet potato in it. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Banchan also very tasty! That being said, they are packed and the service staff do seem quite overwhelmed with orders and requests. The male korean staff seemed quite upset or unwilling to serve in general, but I guess they’ve all had a long and busy day…

Must try: 1. Seafood pancake 2. Soy garlic chicken 3. Japchye Wow, every single dish was fantastic. Portions were generous too, and it comes with free flow of side dishes. Best part? It’s not even expensive. We spent $88 for 3pax, and ordered 6 dishes! However, the service was lacking. Guy at counter was quite rude to us, but he’s probably overwhelmed given the long queue. Worth a visit!

Food quality was good and service was prompt but the attitude of the store manager was less than desired. The way he informed that a drink was not available was rude and unprofessional, when the restaurant not full house. The rest of the service crew made up for his shortfall.

Quite an experience when we asked for an refill of the side dishes (which were miserable in portion), we got soundly educated by the ajumma. We've unknowingly stacked the emptied side dishes together and the lady sternly informed us that by doing so, it meant we're finished. Apologised & repeated our refill request but she had to reiterate back same point. Well, it must be a very important conversation to get back into with her peers that we've disrupted it and resulted in her foul mood. Food was instagrammable but mediocre in taste, nothing to shout about.

I seldom make feedback. But this restaurant really has service issues. One of the old lady waitress, the face like she not happy service customers. We asked for the side dishes, she gave us a kind of look and told us the side dishes only served together with main food. In the end, when the main food was served, we still yet to get our side dishes and need to request them. The food is very normal, to be honest, it is not good at all. I ordered the jajangmian, it was served like instant noodles, not worth the price. The seafood soup was so tasteless. It was like drinking water. The fried chicken, the original, was tasteless. Overall bad experience and would never come back again.

Wonderful time with authentic Korean dishes. You know it's legit when the staff and most of the diners are Korean. It was our first time trying authentic Bulgogi and you know it is authentic when it's served over a stove. We were definitely not disappointed with its presentation and flavours. Chicken was crispy but we underestimated the portion for 5 pax. Do get two if you want more. Do check out their convenience stall as well if you're looking for Korean snacks and food to cook at home

Food was decent, waiting time to get a seat is rather long though. Seafood pancake is freshly fried and tasted good. Fried chicken was decent too, with the almond slices enhancing the taste. The accompanying rice cakes and potato round off the fried chicken dish nicely. Stand alone rice cakes are a disappointment though, coming in slightly cold. Imagine if you just pour sauce over the rice cakes that have been sitting around all day and serve it, that's what it tastes like. All in all, worth a visit if you are passing by and have the time to spare for korean food. The queue in this case is not proportional to the quality.
