โ โ โ โ โ Brough my 4 years old boy there for his first dental visit. Both dentist and assistant were very patient with him, explaining the steps and making sure that he's comfortable throughout the process. At the end of the visit, the receptionist also gave us a sample tube of toothpaste.

โ โ โ โ โ Wonder service! The dentist is very professional and knowledgable. Have been visiting the place always. Have all my teeth thingy done here forever never did visit any other dental clinics before. Need to make appointment as it is mostly booked out. Make your appointment early to avoid disappointment!

โ โ โ โ โ Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I got my wisdom tooth removed by Doctor Khaw Zhan Hui Ryan. A young good looking doctor who is very nice and very thorough with the procedure. His malay assistant and the receptionist were as helpful as ever. Everyone there took care of me really well and answered all the doubts that I had about the surgery as well as the whole payment process.

โ โ โ โ โ The main dentist service is very good. Appointment waiting time is long. The price is quite significantly high but if u have the blue chars card, most price items will be subsidies. Located within the neighbourhood premises. Hence most people will come here for their teeth maintenance.

โ โ โ โ โ I was there to do bridging. First, I was happily greeted and served by the frontline staff. They are very courteous and helpful. Dr Khaw had been detail and careful to explain clearly my procedure to me so that I understand what was required. He is bilingual and was able to explain in mandarin for me. I think he is very skilful and did a good job for me. Thank you everyone at Woodgrove Dental.

Appointment time given is never puntual.
Waiting time is always more than 40mins.
When asked how Long does it take? The counter staff simply tell me doctor very busy since morning.
Appointment time: 7pm
Reach at 6.50pm
I am still waiting at 7.47pm..
Their timing is more important than others?

The girl at the counters is so IRRITATING!!
she called my mobile 4 times and I said Iโm resting. She continued to call another 5 times.
Finally I picked the phone because it was disturbing my rest.
That was not all, she called again after we spoke because of the wrong dates she gave. She called me another 4 times which I refused to answer because I was too tired and needed rest. She proceeded to call my house!!!!!
She have a serious problem!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude customer service.promised after promised but order is not done.paid more than half payment as requested.still can say my mother order is a simple and easy one.so i requested for a full refund since they unable to fulfill and no confirmation when it can be settled.a chinese lady whom i spoke to wss very rude to say refund lah refund lah and slam the phone

โ โ โ โ โ As someone who have had MANY terrible experiences with many dentists, I am glad to say I am making this dental my to-go place for SAP. Really very happy with Dr Ryan Khaw's service and skill! I never had a dental cleaning done with so much effort and professionalism. It felt as though he really puts in a lot of heart into ensuring my teeth are properly cleaned.
Oh right I came to clean once with a female dentist here years back. She was really really terrible lol, trust me because I ain't the only one who felt this way lolol even my friends who come here felt the same way too.
Thank you Woodgrove Dental and Dr Ryan!
